This web site is an offshoot of the web site Golf Community Reviews, which was founded in 2005 to provide people like you with independent, objective information about golf communities and golf real estate in general. Founder and editor Larry Gavrich, a licensed real estate agent, has visited more than 200 golf communities and country clubs and has written and posted thousands of objective reviews and other observations. He has also helped dozens of couples sort out their real estate requirements and helped them conduct successful searches for their dream home on the course. Customers have purchased properties through Larry in such well-respected communities as The Landings near Savannah, GA, Ocean Ridge Plantation in Sunset Beach, NC, Brunswick Forest in Leland, NC, and St. James Plantation near Southport, NC.
